Proven Performance or Mass Transfer

Structured Packing offer versatile efficient performance for numerous applications including destilation, absorption and liquid-liquid extraction. These packings provide high capacity wettability and low pressure drop.

ACS/Montz packings utilize unique geometry and surface structures which are custom designed for each application. This flexibility allows us to solve many difficult mass transfer applications.

The packing types A3, B1, and BSH feature an assembly of corrugated sheets. The sheets provide large interfacial areas and thus provide excellent intimate contact between gas and liquid phases. In addition, all internals including liquid distributors, collector trays and packing supports are custom designed for each application to ensure maximum performance.

ACS Internals Include:

High efficiency liquid distributors

Low pressure drop liquid collectros

Uniformly operating gas distributors

Flash equipment for overheated feeds

Packing supports with high open area

All ACS packings and Internals are made to precise specifications.

Computer-controlled manufacturing ensures that accutacy and mechanical stability of all parts.

This accuracy assures trouble free installations an existing or new columns

All packings are manufactured in segments for easy insertion through tower manholes or body flanges. Wall wipers prevent vapor bypass.
